At the Garfield Campus, DSPS Counselors are here to support you and help you succeed.
Students with disabilities can meet with a DSPS Counselor anytime during the semester to get guidance, access accommodations, and work toward personal and academic goals.

Your DSPS Counselor can support you to:
- Find community resources such as transportation and housing
- Request reasonable classroom accommodations
- Note-taking support
- Assistive equipment
- Extra time on exams
- Get a Learning Disability Assessment
- Receive academic and career counseling

If you are a faculty or staff member and have questions about how to refer a student to DSPS, you can speak with the DSPS Counselor who will guide you with this process.
