We are so glad that you are interested in learning English at Glendale Community College. To enroll in Noncredit ESL classes, you need to:
- Do the Glendale Community College application for noncredit
- Get a Glendale Community College Student ID number after the application
- Sign up to take a Placement Workshop
We currently have online and in-person classes. You can enroll in classes during the semester as long as there is room in the classes.

Registration Dates:
Wednesday, February 4: Literacy, Level 1, Older Adults, and Level 2 classes.
Beginning Conversation and Beginning Citizenship classes
- Continuing students (priority): 9:00 AM
- New students (open): 1:00 PM
Thursday, February 5: Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 classes.
Intermediate and Advanced Conversation, Idioms, Pronunciation, Intermediate Citizenship classes
- Continuing students (priority): 9:00 AM
- New students (open): 1:00 PM
*DSPS students at 8:00 AM each day.
First week procedure: Students must come to class on the first day on time, or they may be dropped. Online students can find the class information in Canvas. The class link (Zoom) will be in Canvas. The class link WILL NOT BE EMAILED. Students must show eligibility for their level.
